- Payment Method: The Customer will pay the fees using one of the methods indicated in the payment form, which may include:

- Delivery: In the case of physically delivered products, they can be collected at the workshop, at the address c/ Renou, 163. 07420 Sa Pobla. In case of needing delivery, please contact in advance to confirm the corresponding shipping rates for the product.
- Invoice: The invoice corresponding to the contracted service will be sent by email if requested.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation of the order or refund request must be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the case of physically delivered products, all expenses related to the exchange or return of the product are borne by the customer.
The refund of the amount paid is subject to the perfect condition of the product, which must be in the same initial condition, without having been tampered with, and in perfect condition for sale.
The customer can only request a return in the case of defects or flaws found, as these are usually made-to-order products. Requests should be sent by email to email@example.com, including the name, contact information, and order number.
