Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation of the order or refund request must be made via email to info@thatswood.com.
In the case of physically delivered products, all expenses related to the exchange or return of the product are borne by the customer.
The refund of the amount paid is subject to the perfect condition of the product, which must be in the same initial condition, without having been tampered with, and in perfect condition for sale.
The customer can only request a return in the case of defects or flaws found, as these are usually made-to-order products. Requests should be sent by email to info@thatswood.com, including the name, contact information, and order number.
